This is a fantastic read by Julia Jarrett. This book is book four of the Vancouver Tridents series. You get introduced to Southern Charmer Rhett and follow him as he finds his HEA with Evie, his teammate’s little sister.
Evie is such a generous and easy going person that everyone wants to be her friend and she has a heart of gold. She saves a puppy and doesn’t have anywhere to take her. She can’t stay in the living arrangements at her school, finds out her older brother can’t have dogs so his best friend Rhett saves the day. The way these two take the time to support the other will make you fall in love all over again and in completely different aspects.
The narrators brought this story to life, the attention to detail down to the southern draw that is brought out makes this story that much more memorable.
