Kind of surprised but also glad there’s only one book left in the series. There seems like there’s a lot to wrap up still, but I also felt like there was risk of the plot becoming very repetitive if things didn’t end soon. Hopefully this leads to an exciting ending!
As for Conquest, the name pretty much says it all. It’s time for Oren to become a hero and save the players by conquering the world with his evil empire.
