one baddass female leader of the italian mafia, and the six men that worship the ground she walks on. a story of betrayal, mafia conflict, polyamorous love, and bisexual awakening….
this story has some of the most beautiful representation of polyamorous relationships that i have ever read. with relatable bi awakening, poly struggles with family and society, and most importantly, a beautiful depiction of how easily some people can have romantic love with more than one person at a time, and how rewarding polyamorous relationships can be.

alessa, the head of the italian mafia, unknowingly falls in love with leo perez… an heir to man, long since dead, that was the driving force behind lessa’s dark tendancies. a man she didn’t know was frankie’s son until he forgets to hide his family crest tattoo.
while keeping leo hostage, after deciding not to kill him, alessa has to deal with the wrath from her four closest friends; ryder, gage, dex, and holden. leo’s betrayal forces ryder and gage to confess their undying lover for les, and things escalate quickly. gage slowly begins to convince the guys that alessa needs all five of them, and that she deserves to have any man she wants, in any capacity. slowly, the six of them embark on a beautiful love journey together, and the guys even discover feelings for eachother.
a stalker soon creates tension for alessa and the guys… always following them, and setting his sights on lessa, claiming her as his. in the midst of a mission to save an innocent woman from her abusive husband, les seeks out her long lost lover (and current cop), zane for help. the night zane comes to help, he is thrown into the deep end with alessa in a plot twist that will have you throwing your book across the room.
as zane and alessa are forced to spend time together, they both realize they still love eachother deeply. through a horrible situation and the ptsd that follows them after, les ultimately decides to being zane into her new found family. and dif you couldn’t guess it already, zane finds love outside of alessa within the group, like the other guys already have.
while chasing the villains of the story throughout the entirety of the relationship blooming, we catch sexy glimpses of this polyamorous bunch. and let me tell you…. the spice is some of the best i have ever read.
upon defeating the main villains, this group finally gets their happy ending….. just for ames mills to lead you into a new duet about two side characters from this story.
riches to riches has skyrocketed to the top of my favorite why choose romance list, and i cannot wait to jump into evander and micah’s story next.
