I am in the book 2, and I can’t stand the daughter anymore. Anyone who has minimal training of any fight sports would know that there is no way a young teenage girl can fight a normal sized guys. No matter what training she does, it is just not possible without a tool. “She is scary good,” the author keeps saying, and I can tell he has done no physical training in his life. Also, a teenage wrestler can’t even compete with her? Physically? For real? What kind of wrestling did he practice? Oil wrestling? The title should have been Mad Barb instead. This is a wannabe tough guy writing woke after-apocalypse novel. The only decent part of this audio book is the reader and he’s only done a half decent job.
