Legitimate 5/5⭐️
This book absolutely blew me away. I thought book 3 couldn’t be topped, especially after the dip in book 4, but Dinniman went to a whole new level with this one. The plot, the action from the very beginning, the pacing, the characters… everything hit hard on so many levels. I had goosebumps from head to toe for nearly the entirety of the climax and last several chapters.
Once again, the voice acting by Jeff Hays at SBT was otherworldly. The way he channels each character with such clarity and passion truly transports you.
I can’t recommend this series enough and can’t wait to dive into book 6!
