I mistakenly thought this was going to be an impartial read of both sides only to be very quickly aware of bias favoring the Commonwealth. There were personal facts about people involved that aren’t publicly known far and wide. Although I was glad to find them out, I now question the validity of all of them due to the obvious bias. The bias is bold and doesn’t need the snark but you get that too.
Even though the author does have a lot of facts of the case he leaves out a lot of facts in true Hank Brennon style. Does he leave them out on purpose or is it false memories?
There are so many questions in this case that are left unanswered by the very people that are willing to take this woman’s rights and life away with total disregard for justice.
We all should be very concerned about this case and worried about the abuse of the legal system so blatantly on display for everyone to see if they just open their eyes.
