Enjoyable enough storyline and characters with some interesting concepts. Possibly could lead to a sequel story. However I couldn’t help but be annoyed by the fact that just about everyone was a history buff and the HORRIBLE romance that continued into this story. Having a character or two that knows history and often referances it is a perfectly reasonable and interesting character trait. Having a dozen that do just sounds like the author showing off. And the trend from the other two books continued with just about every major named female character being a romantic interest, at least one of which the author seemed to forget about and abandon, and the fact that every “romance” happens without any on screen buildup or lead in. I love a good romance subplot, but when it’s this clumsy just leave it out
