This book was very helpful and understanding my OCD, and realizing that some of the things that they listed in this book are related or exact thoughts that I have even had. Helped me feel not alone, but it helped me understand to gain some knowledge and control over my life. The book did not solve my problems as I wasn’t expecting it to. But it’s definitely worth a read if you suffer from OCD like me. Just be aware there’s a lot of sections that seem like they repeat themselves.
