this was purchased on a whim due to the bundle and sale price at the time.
First book seemed like the series could develop into something even if the FMC had a crazy, unrealistic perspective of how someone who was weaker- magically, physical strength, lack of knowledge could impact their outcomes … but new to the magical world was my excuse for it. The world building had me saying… wait. what?
Book 2 is more of the same. DNF.
on the brightside the author uses an expansive vocabulary and the things I didn’t like might not bother someone else.
