This series was not what I normally listen to. The writing was well done, and the reading was fantastic. I enjoyed it and was hooked enough after the first few chapters to finish the entire series in just a few weeks. It does have a lot more violence and foul language than I prefer listening to, but not my normal either. Overall, it won me over, and that’s pretty hard to do!
