The level of camaraderie and character development reaches a new height in this seventh book— so much so that I was brought to tears in multiple points of the book (which is really incredible to say about a story that includes a floating sex doll head and a talking cat who rides a dinosaur). I actually read the physical printed book while waiting for the audible book to come out, and I was glad I did because I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. I also went back and re- listened to books 1-7; which, like the GOT series, was somehow even more enjoyable on the re-listen (plus there is the additional reward of picking up info that was missed on the first round). As always, the narration is masterful.
