I feel like all the change in perspectives makes this story a bit muddy. Not only are there different POVs for multiple main characters, but also swaps between past and present viewpoints.
I found myself skipping some of Zach’s pov because I found his character extremely shallow and boring.
Will likely only continue if I find the books free on the plus catalog
