Received this book for free, and really enjoyed it. Geoff Jones created a cast of well developed main characters that remind me of Rendezvous with Rama – the good, the bad, the incompetent, and the crazy. The world building is through the characters eyes as they explore their new setting and had me wanting more, but as this is the first book in a trilogy, it did an excellent job of setting the hook.
