Currently hate listening to this during a road trip as I was in the mood for something apocalyptic. I think AI might have actually done a better job than the human being who supposedly wrote these books. If you’re in the mood for flat & boring writing, female characters with the depth of a piece of paper, and lots of vaguely right wing asides about how this Ex Military Badass (TM) is going to handle everything then this is the book for you. It’s actually so predictable that I find it almost soothing for a post apocalypse book. Glad I didn’t pay actual money for this.
