I like the potential of the series. I found myself skipping a good portion of this book. At some point in this series, the author started over explaining everything. Like telling the punchline of a joke after it’s told. The author could have easily ended the book in a better place. After all the build up, it ends with an unnecessary cliff hanger. I was already on the fence with this series after the last book. This series has been put on the, ‘only get if you have nothing else to listen to’ list.
