Good story but could have been better

It was a fun engaging story with relatable and likable characters. They had so many ups and downs your heart went out to them. However, there were so many little misses that would have made for a much better and more believable story.

Such a large eclectic group of hard working down to earth people and during end time events and not a single person ever said a prayer of thanks over dinner or during one of the many burial services. Not likely.

They lived by a large reservoir and river and when hungry never ate fish or fished or grew fish.

Plentiful rabbits and did not raise rabbits. Rabbits multiply like rabbits.

All-in-all a fun story but could easily clean this up to create a better and more likely tale.
