Start from the first, and read till this part as people have to listen to it all to truly understand why this series (although only at 7 books in the series) is a phenomenal piece of work. It’s funny, it’s witty, and at the same time, it’s thrilling, and even emotional. This book especially is the longest and the most hyped up of all. No spoilers for obvious reasons, and I hope to hear from Matt Dinniman and Jeff Hays soon for their 8th book, which the author is currently writing at time of writing. It should be called, “Carl’s Book of Boom” as shown from a tweet from Matt himself on his Twitter feed. Regardless, I hope to keep my eyes peeled and my earbuds on for as long as this series exists. Thank you Matt, you have made a masterpiece; and Jeff along with Soundbooth Theater’s assistance, thank you for bringing it to life. This was the best audiobook series I’ve ever listened to.
