This entire set of three was not as good as her other words in the Magiford Supernatural Set. The books should have been edited down. While the first book was okay, the next was worse, and the final was hard to listen to at times. Too much explaining how the main characters felt about each other, and the romance she spelled out was unbelievable. While there is a bit of that in every book, it was way over the top in this series. It just lacked the charm of her other books.
