This book is complete fluff. Reading it reminds me of when I was in grade school and had to fill a specific word count in an essay, but had nothing of value to write.

The author spends the entire book talking about ancillary tasks, like taking notes and how long to wait after you’ve eaten before you attempt to remote view. He even gets into details like the preferred type of notebook to use. However, at no point whatsoever does he discuss any type of techniques or practical Things to practice.

I looked into this topic after reading some information about how this was used by the CIA at one point. I neither believe or disbelief in it. However, after reading this, I do feel that I am leaning more towards it being a fraudulent topic. There is quite literally nothing here.
