i have a lot of Grace Hamilton’s audio books and I enjoy her as a writer Andrew Tell is in my top three for narrators. over all the books were good, HOWEVER, never have i hated a character more then i than i do megan. i stayed angry with her throughout the entire series. i bought the box set. i get it your a mom YOUR KID is your priority but damn she was down right cold hearted if it didnt go HER way she was gonna cut and run the entire time everyone else be damned so many people would have lived happy lives had she not shown up at the lodge. so many people would of been alive at the end if not for her decisions and the last two books chase, evan, brian would of all been alive at the end if she hadnt insisted they bring evil dude back to camp and the fact that so many men just bent over and cowtowed to her bulling made me mad it was rosie’s families cabin yet at critical points they all just bent over and said ‘it’s up to megan, we’ll do what you decide” never in my life have i ever wanted to walk into a story and slap the shit out of someone and shake them and say “other people here have families too that they are worried about its not just about your kid” and let me tell you if she had gootten ryelan killed at the end battle i would of bought the paper back just to burn it childish i know but this woman was written entirely to self important and selfish. i mean at the end, she’s all kick back at the kitchen table having gotten her kid, spent some time her and its “oh yeah i left wyatt bleeding out in a cave, huh , well when he walks through that door i’ll be happy” supposedly the man you love but you couldnt spare a moment to remember himand go check on him now that you have your prcious child…………………………but i do like Grace’s writting and have already started another of her series and i have purchased audio books from other authors just because Andrew Tell was the narrator over all a great series i just hate megan
