OK story but got tedious with all the dumb guy learning how D&D game (inner voice) works. But maybe I just don’t care for the RPG genre. Put a modern character on a quest, they figure it out (with funny mistakes) and the story moves on. All the continuous reminders of EP and skills isn’t necessary. If you are reading this genre you already are nerd enough to know the premise. And come on, no gorgeous princesses or damsels in distress or villagers to pillage? Does the author not know the audience?
