Ok I started out loving this series and the action is fun but the author takes previously (Vince) or potentially competent characters (Ed) and makes them useless and stupid, maybe to make the main character (Ben) look amazing but he just is a whiny B who is overly judgmental. I am so over the political agenda too. I really enjoyed this series at first and it was free, but I just cannot stand listening to Ben second guessing his every move while also making bad decisions yet having the audacity of judging every other character other than HIS kids and HIS dog. I do not think I can finish this series. Dear Mr. Miller, do better. The narrator is awesome though, really enjoy Andrew Tell.
