This books writing style took me a few chapters to understand but I am so thankful to have kept reading. Having each character have their own distinct speaker (17 different narrators) really allowed me to lose myself in the listening. The story was so engaging I had trouble deciding if I dislike the main character or really loved her. I did cry those last few chapters and was sad to see them go when I finished. Looking forward to whatever Virginia Evans writes next.
