When I tell you The Gate of the Feral Gods by Matt Dinniman melted my brain — this book is absolute chaos in the BEST way. Floor five is unhinged: murder gnomes, cults, feral gods, and Donut serving main-character energy every damn scene.
Carl’s out here trying not to die (again), Donut’s complaining in style, and somehow Dinniman makes it hilarious, emotional, and completely bonkers all at once. Every new biome feels like a mini boss fight on steroids — fast-paced, funny, and surprisingly heartfelt.
And that ENDING?? That twist?? I had to close the book and just stare at the wall. I did NOT see that coming — and now I need the next one immediately.
