I think Calista is slow. She doesn’t seem like she’s working with a full deck of cards. As for Haden, it’s just improbable for him to be such a successful lawyer, killer, and stalker when he spends all his time chasing after Calista and assaulting everyone who looks or talks to her. This book just doesn’t hold my interest. I’m just reading out of spite of having purchased this ridiculous book and audio. I’m sorry but this book is trash and I can’t get my time back from having wasted on reading this. He has some Mommy issues and she’s immature. Who the hell puts sanitizer on a sofa? Also, Harper just comes off as perverted and not in a good way. Everything about this book is cringe!
