I know I listened to this most of the way through. I liked the idea of the story, but it’s just too foul. It was foul from the beginning, but more in a Simpson’s with cursing foul…. but then South Park… then Bevis and Butthead. With a lot of cursing that just got fouler. I loved the idea of the story. I laughed with the cat started talking, and I could see the appeal. But I just couldn’t take it towards the last 3 hours of the book. I listened to another hour but knew even though there was 2 hours left I wasn’t going to like where it was going. Sorry author, but this just isn’t for me. I’ll stay with the Red Mage and Way of the Shaman stuff.

Loved the narrator. He was great and probably the main reason I did stick with it for so long.
