As a sequence of events, the whole story is good and well put together. But it strikes me as highly ironic, in November of 2025, that every accusation laid at the feet of the “liberals” in the story was an accurate prediction of the actions carried out by maga and the conservatives in control of the government in 2025. Not that they managed to tread as lightly in real life as in the story. Turns out, it seems to be a lot harder to get the “damned liberals” to react with violence than it is to get the conservatives to.
