This series is too much fun. Is it fine literature? No. It’s better than that. It’s a novel imagining of the apocalypse that’s far more interesting than the pathetic, slow burning sh@t storm of democratic collapse we’re currently experiencing. There’s nothing like a witty series of novels to tune out reality and cope with stress.
If you’ve “read” the first two in the series, this one is just as good. I found myself looking forward to the ad read at the end of each book; the one in this book is 10/10.
