maybe rewrite this book without that stupid infuriating cat.
oh that’s just how cats are hahaha that’s how a cat’s personality is when it can talk hahaha no it’s just absolutely annoying and about as lovely to listen to as nails on a chalkboard
the character is one of the most grating things I’ve ever had to sit and listen to in an audiobook and every time I try to sit there and get into the story and I start enjoying it I remember oh yeah wait there’s a talking cat that I legitimately kind of wish would just die at some point
I get that it’s subjective, but if you’re the type of person where one character that you just can’t stand can ruin a book, that’s exactly what’s going to happen with this one
I’m going to refund this and I’m done with the series
