ok, so I have read the first 2 books in this series. I don’t know much about the author or if the repeat of the main characters statements or tag lines was intentional but it was annoying after a while. I wish I would have kept track of how many time Shay said “my voice dripping with…(insert emotion here) or “get some rest, tomorrows a big day” or “you don’t get to be the victim (or other similar variations). The plot was interesting enough, but by book 3 all I could think was, why the hell hasn’t this woman be caught yet? Overall, if you read the first 2 novels in the series, you might as well read this one too.
