The story is not my favorite but it’s not bad either. Not my typical read so there’s that. I like the authors other works better. I do read/listen. I actually liked the females voice but my problem is she sounded like a virtual voice or robotic Idk how to describe it. I thought maybe it was just in my head but the male narrator sounded normal and all good.
The author did good on the abusive broken part of the section. I just found other stuff not As believable. But people don’t always heal in the same way. The timing of her healing so quick or whatever could be possible. It is a standalone fiction book. with cases like this I feel it would take longer than weeks. Made more possible I guess with the right people around you. Not everyone has that. With said people weeks could be more possible. I for one would never think marriage. But it’s a fictional story and Fox is not your typical “guy” lol I may think different if there were more foxes in the real world.
