I was initially thrown off by the format of the book. “The Correspondent” being the title makes sense as the story evolves. I don’t want to spoil anything, so I’ll say just this – try and push past the ‘buttoned-up’ demeanor in the beginning, as the emotional awakening is on the horizon. It was a story of loss, regret, renewal, and love. It was an unexpectedly beautiful find. Thank you & I immediately purchased the novel by you that was suggested upon conclusion of this one. ❤️
