This is a dreadful book and hard to listen to because of the soft-spoken narrator. it is just so boring; not at all what I expected. Elton John is one of my favorite performers of all time and I love almost all of his music. I paid near $1,000. equivalent US money to see him in his farewell tour in Munich. Even though I was bored by the book, I kept listening for him to say something about the Munich concert, but he skipped over it so I finally stopped listening. there is just nothing interesting related at all and I don’t care to hear about anybody’s political viewpoints. I could go on about the impression conveyed by the author that makes him sound like the biggest egotist I’ve ever heard of, but I won’t. I’m boring myself with this review. I just wish I hadn’t purchased this book.
