The book is well written. The storyline moves quickly and keeps you engaged. The novel is very graphic in its depictions of violence against women. For me personally, the level of bondage with violence was too much. It bothered me enough that I had nightmares about the suffering of these women. I’m not usually so tender hearted. I think in this case the author was so good at writing that they brought it to life.
