It was surprising to me how much I enjoyed this narrative style. The main narrator brought so much life and visual interest to the characters – all of the narrators did an excellent job. I found myself really caring about everybody in the story and wanting the best for all of them. So often novels bore me with the usual tales, not so here. The lives of each of the characters were rich and believable. I will seek out more from this author.
