Culpability is a solid legal thriller with a strong premise and good pacing. Bruce Halsinger does a nice job exploring moral gray areas—how far responsibility really goes when decisions ripple out of control. The courtroom elements feel grounded, and the tension builds steadily rather than relying on cheap twists.
The narration is clear and engaging, which made it easy to stay invested during longer listening sessions. While a few character motivations could have been explored more deeply, the story overall is smart, thoughtful, and entertaining.
If you enjoy legal thrillers that focus more on ethics and consequences than nonstop action, this one is worth a listen.
