Had trouble caring about the story

3: Not my favorite, probably won’t continue series, would consider other works by the author. Probably won’t relisten/reread.

A lot of the humor was visual which didn’t work too well in a book… especially the way it was written.

There were a few moments where I felt myself really getting into the story but they were few and far between, and none before almost the end of the first book. The random jumps to post situations was great for giving some insight into the characters but again I had trouble sticking with the story and all of a sudden everyone is dead…oh wait this is in the past. I think.
