It’s taken me a long time to find a new series that I loved enough to read or listen to over and over. I’ve exhausted Discworld to point of memorization, and I’d struggled to find anything as enrapturing. Sure, there’s been good books (even books and series’ I’ve loved). But nothing else had fully engaged me…until Dungeon Crawler Carl. I’m not a gamer at all, but I’m still able to figure out the complexities of the gaming references. It is NEVER dull, and I believe that is one reason it’s so successful. I genuinely can’t think of a single character, backstory, or plot line that I don’t like. 10/10 recommend
