Interesting, funny, tragic stories with some good advice sprinkled in. True stories are more interesting to me. Had to take a break partway through because of the stories about children being abused, neglected, murdered. Very sorry about the psychological toll the job takes on police. Very sorry for the disrespect shown the police.
