I thought the overall premise, and system were all right, I’m sure a lot of people really enjoy them.
I did not like the overly descriptive style of the book, this style extended to the battles as well, which were very long, I guess that’s what they meant by action-packed.
I do not plan to continue this series, but I’m sure a lot of people will, so don’t let this review bias you against it. I use these reviews for my personal self so I don’t come back and think I want to listen to the next one.
