Even if you are not into D&D, you’ll still love this book. It blends D&D, Hunger Games, and Minecraft-style chaos in a way that is fast, funny, and surprisingly addictive.
But let’s be clear. The real star of the show is Princess Donut. The most magnificent cat to ever exist in fiction. Period.
And honestly, I feel bad for anyone who read the physical book and didn’t experience this on Audible. The narration elevates everything. If you skipped the audiobook, this is your sign to fix that mistake immediately. It will not disappoint.
Highly recommend as a fun, low-pressure read that still delivers big entertainment.
To my enjoyment, I found out there are NUMEROUS books and the 8th book is coming out later this year.
