If you haven’t listened to the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobooks yet, we can’t be friends. 😡😆 Kidding. But seriously, you need to if you enjoy DARK humor, hilarious banter between Carl, a guy in boxers and pink crocs, and his sidekick, Princess Donut, his ex girlfriend’s talking cat.
Imagine the apocalypse, aliens take over earth and you’re on an alien reality tv show trying to survive. But it’s video game style. With levels, rewards, and enhancements. You basically have to kill almost all of the monsters to survive and advance to the next level. There’s lot of GORE and DARK humor but it’s also hilarious, with lots of sarcasm that makes it all palatable.
This is seriously the most laugh out loud hilarious books I’ve read in a long time! This easily skyrocketed to one of my favorite books ever. Now I need all the Lit RGB book recs. ✍️
And the audiobooks are a MUST! Jeff Hays is an incredible narrator. I almost forgot he was the only narrator because his voices are all so unique for all the characters.
