This was recommended to me by a good friend who knows me well, and he hit the mark. I have not been able to stop listening to this audiobook – it is engaging, fresh (as much as a 2020’s D&D tome can be), and expertly voiced. I love Patrick Warburton, so the narrator was a nice homage to the big man.
I laughed out loud when the story took a couple digs at Magic The Gathering, too funny when nerds level insults at each other – seemingly aware of the irony of lack of self-awareness.
