I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy this book at first, and I did find it a bit confusing at times to keep track of who was who. But I’m so glad I kept reading! I felt a deep connection to the story, even though it wasn’t my own. The author wrote with such vulnerability, openness, and humor, and it will definitely be one of my favorite books ever. I would definitely recommend the audio version; the narrator really brings the story to life. A friend who read the book in print mentioned that it was more confusing because you had to look at the end of each chapter to see who the letter was from. I highly recommend this insightful look into human behavior, especially when it comes to pain and guilt.
