What you were describing is natural gas transmission line. Natural gas is piped in gas form and natural gas is lighter-than-air, not heavier-than-air. Propane is heavier-than-air, propane is not piped, It is in liquid form and delivered by a truck and stored in cylinders, large tanks. Just wanted to get that out there. But you are pretty close. Odorant is pumped into natural gas at several locations. So you’re not going to get all of it out at 1 station. Other than that. Good book.
