This book brought me back to my childhood. When we use to write letters. And reminded me just how special doing something like that really is. Especially in such a tech driven world now. This book had me reading more than I had time for, which is a good thing. And also had me reevaluating my own life being in my 40’s now. Lessons: don’t live with regret, it’s heavy. Tell people you love them, tomorrow is not guaranteed. Apologize for what you have done wrong in the past. Doing these things allows you to live a life so full. This was such a wonderful read, thank you Virginia for sharing this beautiful story. It warmed my heart, and reminded me of what truly matters in life.
