This was our book club pick and we went in so excited. The bio sounded amazing, the vibes were promising, hopes were high. And yet… did a single one of us finish it? Absolutely not. Not one brave soldier left standing. It’s like a 18 hour audiobook and I made it 10 hours in before realizing I still had no clue what the plot was or where we were going. Also… she’s 19?? Please at least let the chaos be legally allowed to drink. Save yourself the time, the confusion, and the existential crisis. Hard pass.
