I tried hard to enjiy this, because its so popular. While the performance was good, effects emersive, and fill appropriate, the storyline is flat. The characters are flat stereotypical (probably the point) and the slang slurs are just crude, taking the listener out of the story, not contributing to development of the story. It was like constantly struggling to find quality bits between the – whatever that “style” is meant to cimmunicate. not a fan. last book incthis series I will bother with. Glad I didnt buy the whole series unheard!
