Matt Dinniman does it again. Genocide, consequences of unrestricted AI usage, xenophobia, and currently relevant sociopolitical concepts are addressed with dark humor and genuine emotion. Dinniman is a master at establishing the human consequences in the most absurd scenarios and Operation Bounce House is proof of this. Some of the humor is similar to Dungeon Crawler Carl but don’t expect to find Princess Donut (well… actually… I take that back). Travis Baldree did an amazing job creating so many voices for the audiobook and I loved the cameos from Jeff Hayes. Would highly recommend this book for an entertaining read that just might make you think about the state of the world.
