The character’s emotions were so honestly, generously and transparently shared with such a variety of those whose lives had intersected with hers that I was inspired to write letters myself.
The author made me feel deeply empathetic with those whose stories were portrayed through a lifetime of letters. I feel less self-pity after having listened to this book. Thank you for writing it.
